SQ 228 departs Melbourne 16 September at 3.45pm arrives Singapore at 9.35pm
SQ 68 departs Singapore 17 September at 12.40am arrives Barcelona at 8.15am
JK6409 departs Santiago 2 October at 3.25pm arrives Barcelona 5pm
SQ 67 departs Barcelona 2 October at 6.55pm arrives Singapore 3 October at 1.45pm
SQ 227 departs Singapore at 9.15pm arrives Melbourne 6.35am 4 October
Flight Extensions/Variations:
A requirement of travelling on a group tour airfare is that all passengers must travel together on the outbound international flights. Extensions and deviations can be made to the return flight journey at $150 per person additional plus any applicable tax variation to depart later or from anySingapore Airlines European city, or have a Singapore stopover upon approval from Singapore Airlines. If you wish to extend onto Europe the extra air cost needs to be assessed & is also subject to availability & approval by the airline. There can only be a maximum of 5 passengers of the 20 places that can apply to extend/vary the flight arrangements. This will be done on a first come first serve basis.
Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you wish to make any changes to the group flights so we can lock in your alternative arrangements to avoid disappointment.
Frequent Flyer Program
On the group airfare frequent flyer points are not accruable with Singapore Airlines.
Passports and Visas
Australian passport holders DO NOT require a visa for Spain. We require your passport details in advance. Please forward a PHOTOCOPY of your current passport front photo & information page (as soon as possible) if you have not already done so. Passports must have 6 months validity on them from the return date of travel. If you are travelling on any Passport other than an Australian passport please notify us immediately.
Travel Insurance
We offer Travel Insurance & as part of this group you automatically receive 20% discount. As rates are not noted in the policy please contact Mission Travel for a costing. We need your date of birth and declaration of any current medical conditions in order to provide you with an accurate quote.
Final Payment
Balance of payment is due on or before Friday 15 June 2012 and an invoice will be forwarded to you prior to this date. Other than the initial $500 deposit & Travel Insurance all payments made by Credit cards incur fees (1.2% for Visa/Mastercard & 3.2% for American Express). Direct deposits into our Bank account & cheques are ‘fee free’. Bank details will be provided with the final invoice.
