To see the land of the Bible, to walk where Jesus walked, as well to experience the rich mixture of modern life in the Middle East, is an eye opening experience that will no doubt give you a Bible reading transformation. Passages in the Bible will come alive as we see shipyards, rocks, living water , green pastures and land flowing of milk and honey.
Ray is the Vicar of Albert Park and together with his wife Glenys led a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostella in Spain in 2008. They have travelled in Italy, France, U.K., Bali, The USA and Japan. Last year they toured the Northern Territory, they enjoy travel and look forward to sharing in the experience of touring in Jesus’ native land. Ray was appointed an Archdeacon in 2008 and has served in Parishes in Melbourne, North East Victoria (Dean of Wangaratta Cathedral) and England. He is a keen golfer and he enjoys painting water colour pictures and visiting galleries. Glenys enjoys reading, travel and has recently taken to painting as a hobby.
