Tours 2012-2013 Snapshot Real Life Experiences Clergy Educational Tours

What is a pilgrimage experience?

Bring your bible study to life with a real life pilgrimage experience. Walk in Jesus’ footsteps – or St Paul, Martin Luther and even C.S. Lewis! Join other Christians as you journey through the holy places and share devotions at the major sites. Join an existing tour or create your own group with people from your church and community. Take your time to explore and you may find that a particular site or passage from the Bible that is especially important to you. The experience will touch each person in a different way.

Where can I go?

The Holy Land (Israel, Egypt and Jordan)
Greece in the Footsteps of St. Paul
Istanbul & the Seven Churches of Asia
Christian Italy - Rome and Assisi
Santiago de Compostella, Spain
Germany and the Reformation Tour
Britain and the C.S. Lewis Tour

Why go?

Everyone who travels to the Holy Land is moved by the experience. Many tell us that that their understanding of the Bible has been dramatically altered. On tour you will visit and worship at the sites and also meet the indigenous Christian community. Living and travelling together breaks down barriers and you will find your team will probably get to know each other more in a few weeks than during years attending the same church.

Who can participate?

Everyone is welcome! However, those under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. An average group size is 20 – 35 people, with a minimum of 16 people required to run an independent Mission Travel Group pilgrimage.
