ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (Full time $35,000 plus super & travel benefits)

 

Mission Travel Group provides value priced airfares and holistic professional travel service for missionaries, mission agencies, aid and development organisations and pilgrims to Christian sites.

 

We are looking for a full time administration assistant to assist and support our staff.

The role will involve supporting the directors, manager and team by answering phone calls, managing office supplies, banking and general admin duties. Support with travel-related work will also be required and training will be provided.

Based in Camberwell we are close to public transport and have excellent off street parking.

Travel Agency Manager - Newcastle

We are thrilled with the appointment of Mission Travel to handle the travel arrangements for Compassion Australia in Newcastle. This position involves setting up a team in the Compassion office working closely with their Travel Services team to create group and individual itineraries to their projects located in 26 countries around the world.

We are looking for a motivated self starter who can manage every aspect of travel, particularly group travel.

If you have at least 5 years experience in retail or corporate travel and have the drive and passion to get this very exciting project off the ground, then we would love to hear from you.

Full-time International Travel consultant

Tired of the mainstream? Want to challenge your travel skills?  Come and work with us in a niche travel business working with clients that want to change the world. 

You’ll need at least five years experience booking international fares, but we don’t do much to LA or Bali, we are more likely to be booking Kigali and Krgyzstan.  You’ll need a fantastic attitude of customer service because we’ve quickly established our reputation as a high service agency that understands the needs of our clients.  We’d love you to have skills in Tramada and Sabre (but will offer training to the right person.)

This will be a full-time consultancy role in a well established office that offers excellent staff parking and no ‘walk-ins’.

International Travel Consultant  - Part Time

Mission Travel Services has fast become a leader in mission-related travel. Come and join us in our growing niche travel business working with clients that want to change the world for the better. We are looking for a Job share consultant to work with another part timer. The days of work will be Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The position would be ideal for a mother returning to work.

If you have at least 5 years travel industry experience, we can re-train you if you have been out of the loop for awhile.

You'll need a fantastic attitude of customer service and time management because we've quickly established our reputation as a high service agency that understands the needs of our clients. We'd love you to have skills in Tramada and Sabre (but will offer conversion training to the right person).

Our clients travel the world to serve the poor and needy so you need to be empathetic and enthusiastic about their mission.

This will be a part-time consultancy role in our Camberwell office offers excellent staff parking and no walk-ins.
