Flight Extensions/Variations: THIS OPTION IS NOW CLOSED
A requirement of travelling on a group tour airfare is that all passengers must travel together on the outbound international flights. Extensions and deviations can be made to the return flight journey at $150 per person additional plus any applicable tax variation to depart later or from any Singapore Airlines European city, or have a Singapore stopover upon approval from the airline. If you wish to extend in Europe the extra air cost needs to be assessed & is also subject to availability & approval by the airline.
Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you wish to make any changes to the group flights so we can lock in your alternative arrangements to avoid disappointment as flights are heavily booked at this time of year. Split offs must be requested with Mission Travel no later than 31 JANUARY 2012. There is a limit to the number of extensions so this is based on first come first serve basis.
Singapore Airlines Stopover Program for Singapore

Travel insurance
It is compulsory for all participants to have comprehensive travel insurance to cover the cost of unforeseen cancellation, loss of personal items and medical expenses.
Mission Travel can offer a discounted travel insurance policy for MST participants. It is also easier in the event of a medical emergency or evacuation that the insurance is held by Mission Travel.
The best value cover we can offer is with QBE Travel insurance for the duration of the tour (23 June - 6 July) at $129.60.This price is based on the traveller being aged under 50 years with no pre-existing medical conditions and a $200 excess per claim.

Should you purchase your insurance elsewhere, please forward a copy of the ceritifcate of insurance and emergency assistance number to Mission Travel no later than Friday 23 March.
Passports and Visas
Australian passport holders DO not require a visa for the countries visited on the Reformation tour.
We require your passport details in advance. Please forward a PHOTOCOPY of your current passport front photo & information page (as soon as possible) if you have not already done so. Passports must have 6 months validity on them from the return date of travel. If you are travelling on any Passport other than an Australian passport please notify us immediately.
Payments
MST Students using FEEHELP: The advertised tour price is to be paid to MST who can assist you with your FEEHELP and any gap payment required.
NON MST Student will pay Mission Travel Group directly.
Any extensions, changes or single supplements must be paid for by the participant in addition to the tour price.
All payments made by Credit cards incur fees (1.2% for Visa/Mastercard & 3.2% for American Express). Direct deposits into our Bank account & cheques are ‘fee free’. Bank details will be provided with the final invoice. Final payment will be due 90 days prior to departure which is no later than Friday 23 March 2012. An invoice will be forwarded to you prior to this date.
