EK 433 departs Brisbane 20 April at 2.30am arrives Dubai at 12.45pm
EK 903 departs Dubai 20 April at 2.00pm arrives Amman 3.55pm
For Greece extension:
LY 541 depart Tel Aviv 2 May at 7.10am arrive Athens 9.25am
EK 106 departs Athens 5 May at 4.40pm arrives Dubai at 10.05pm
EK 432 departs Dubai 6 May at 2.45am arrives Brisbane at 12.40am 7 May (stops in Singapore for 1 hr 20mins)
For Italy extension:
AZ 719 depart Athens 5 May at 12.30pm arrive Rome 1.40pm
EK 136 departs Venice 10 May at 3.45pm arrives Dubai at 11.35pm
EK 432 departs Dubai 11 May at 2.45am arrives Brisbane at 12.40am 12 July (stops in Singapore for 1 hr 20mins)
Flight Extensions/Variations:
A requirement of travelling on a group tour airfare is that all passengers must travel together on the outbound international flights. Extensions and deviations can be made to the return flight journey at $150 per person additional plus any applicable tax variation to depart later or from any Emirates city, or have a Dubai or Asia stopover upon approval from Emirates Head Office in Dubai. If you wish to extend onto Europe the extra air cost needs to be assessed & is also subject to availability & approval by Emirates Head Office in Dubai.
Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you wish to make any changes to the group flights so we can lock in your alternative arrangements to avoid disappointment as flights are heavily booked at this time of year. These amendments must be advised to Mission Travel no later than Friday 16 December 2011.
Skywards Frequent Flyer Program
It is free to join, just go online to www.skywards.com Once you have joined up or if you are already a member please provide me of the number so that you will accrue frequent flyer points for this trip. If you are a member of the Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer Club their membership numbers are no longer applicable for frequent flyer point accrual as since March 2011 their association with Emirates has ceased.
Passports and Visas
Australian passport holders DO not require a visa for Israel, Greece or Italy. A visa is required to enter into Jordan and is issued on arrival. Mission Travel has included this visa cost in the tour package price. We require your passport details in advance. Please forward a PHOTOCOPY of your current passport front photo & information page (as soon as possible) if you have not already done so. Passports must have 6 months validity on them from the return date of travel. If you are travelling on any Passport other than an Australian passport please notify us immediately.
Travel Insurance
We offer Travel Insurance & as part of this group you automatically receive 20% discount. As rates are not noted in the policy please contact Mission Travel for a costing. We need your date of birth and declaration of any current medical conditions in order to provide you with an accurate quote.
Final Payment
Balance payment is due on or before Thursday 19 January 2012 and an invoice will be forwarded to you prior to this date. Other than the initial $500 deposit & Travel Insurance all payments made by Credit cards incur fees (1.2% for Visa/Mastercard & 3.2% for American Express). Direct deposits into our Bank account & cheques are ‘fee free’. Bank details will be provided with the final invoice.
Cancellation fees:
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation after payment has been made in full is 100%. If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances please check with your travel insurer if you are able to claim.
