There are NO SINGLE ROOMS available at St Georges College. Same sex participants will be matched together subject to there being a person to share with.

EK 407 departs Melbourne 2 April at 10.25pm arrives Dubai 3 April at 5.40am (non stop)
EK 901 departs Dubai 3 April at 8.20am arrives Amman 9.50am (non stop )

EK 904 departs Amman 21 April at 5.30pm arrives Dubai 21 April at 9.15pm (non stop)
EK 408 departs Dubai 22 April at 2.40am arrives Melbourne 23 April at 1.05am (stops in Kuala Lumpur for 1 hr 40mins)

Flight Extensions/Variations:
A requirement of travelling on a group tour airfare is that all passengers must travel together on the outbound international flights. Extensions and deviations can be made to the return flight journey at $150 per person additional plus any applicable tax variation to depart later or from another Emirates city. Stopovers are also welcome in Dubai or Asia upon approval from Emirates Head Office in Dubai. Asian stopovers attract a $75 stopover fee plus additional taxes.

If you wish to extend onto Europe the extra air cost needs to be assessed & is also subject to availability & approval by Emirates Head Office in Dubai.

Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you wish to make any changes to the group flights so we can lock in your alternative arrangements to avoid disappointment as flights are heavily booked at this time of year due to school holidays.

***The number of extensions/deviations is limited to 10 passengers so this will be processed on a first come-first serve basis***

Skywards Frequent Flyer Program
Skywards is the Emirates frequent flyer program and is free to join, just go online to www.skywards.com Once you have joined up or if you are already a member please provide us with the number so that you will accrue frequent flyer points for this trip. If you are a member of the Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer Club their membership numbers are no longer applicable for frequent flyer point accrual as since March 2011 their association with Emirates has ceased.

Passports and Visas

Australian passport holders DO not require a visa for Israel. A visa is required to enter into Jordan and is issued on arrival. Mission Travel has included this visa cost in the tour package price for Australian passport holders. We require your passport details in advance. Please forward a PHOTOCOPY of your current passport front photo & information page (as soon as possible) if you have not already done so. Passports must have 6 months validity on them from the return date of travel and should have at least 2 blank pages. If you are travelling on any Passport other than an Australian passport please notify us immediately.

Travel Insurance

We offer Travel Insurance & as part of this group you automatically receive 20% discount. As rates are not noted in the policy please contact Mission Travel for a costing. Click here for a quote and the 20% discount.

Payments

To secure your place on the tour a $500 non refundable deposit must be paid.
A second instalment is payable in October (an invoice will be sent).
Final payment is due on or before Monday 15 January 2013 and an invoice will be forwarded to you prior to this date.
Other than the initial $500 deposit & Travel Insurance all payments made by Credit cards incur fees (1.2% for Visa/Mastercard & 3.2% for American Express). Direct deposits into our Bank account & cheques are ‘fee free’. Bank details will be provided with the final invoice.

Cancellation fees:

The $500 per person deposit  and second instalment payments are non refundable.
Cancellation 90-45 days prior to departure - 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation less than 45 days prior to departure - NO REFUND
It is vital that you are adequately insured for unforeseen cancellation.

Mobile phone for Israel

We now have a great deal with a local Israeli mobile phone provider who can deliver a phone or SIM card to your hotel. This is a great way to save money - avouid using you own phone overseas!
